We need to move light weight office furniture and computers to a mezzanine level inside the building as part of a flood management system (we are in Lismore NSW)

The height we have to get between the ground floor and mezzanine floor is 2369mm.

We would be wanting to put the hoist in the garage area that is behind the staff room. There is quite a bit of space here and we would work out positioning around the items that are in place (see photo below).  It would need to go close to the wall that backs onto the toilets as we have maximum clearance on the mezzanine floor above this psce.

The ceiling height is low in the garage (2229mm then the floor depth for the mezzanine floor boards to take it to 2369mm).

We don't need a big weight load on the lift - an office photocopier would probably be the heaviest item transported.

See below space. We would work out structural issues to cut through the floor and do this work once we work out hoist dimensions and placement.
